Description:

Enrofloxacin Solution 100 is a sterile, ready-to-use injectable antimicrobial solution that contains enrofloxacin, a broad-spectrum  antimicrobial agent.

Fluroquinolone antibiotics interfere with bacterial DNA metabolism killing the bacteria. Enrofloxacin Solution is bactericidal against a wide range of gram positive and gram negative bacteria.

Indications and Usage:

Indicated for the treatment of bovine respiratory disease associated with Mannheimia haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida, Histophilus somni and Mycoplasma spp. where clinical experience, supported where possible by sensitivity testing of the causal organism, indicates enrofloxacin as the drug of choice.

Urinary tract infections: Enrofloxacin exerts rapid bactericidal action in the urinary tract. Provides effective management of acute or chronic infections of the genito-urinary tract and prostate.
Respiratory tract infections: Enrofloxacin irreversibly inhibits a bacterial enzyme resulting in rapid bactericidal action. Achieves therapeutic concentrations in pulmonary and bronchial tissues.
Dermal infections: Enrofloxacin concentrates in inflamed tissue providing high drug levels at the infection site.
