Description:

Diminazene Aceturate + Antipyrine ready to use injection. The active ingredient of DIMITOR is Diminazene, drug is in the diamidines family used as aceturate salt. Diminazene aceturate is highly active against both Trypanosomes and Babesia spp. It is also of value in the treatment of theileriousis in combination with antibiotics. This is especially useful for treatment of mixed protozoan infections. Antipyrine ensures complete solubility of the Diminazene and acts as a support against inflammation and fever.
Diminazene diaceturate is an antibacterial and antiprotozoal active against babesia, piroplasmosis and trypanosomiasis.

Indications and Usage:

Diminazene diaceturate is indicated for prophylactics and treatment of babesia, piroplasmosis and trypanosomiasis in camel, cattle, cats, dogs, goats, horse, sheep and swine.

Antipyrine , also known as phenazone, is an analgesic and antipyretic.
